Hello , Yes of course .
All worked fine for several months. And last week I had a general power cut for 5 minutes.
When power is back, the home automation system rebooted and everything works again well, except the power consumption. I had the same problem, the consumption data could no longer be displayed , the OpenWebNet frame return no data ... And the data on the interface of the F454 were not working either. Obliged to send the configuration several times the F454 to make it working again with MyHome suite .
Any comments - at all?
Is nobody else interested in using this new HMAC-based method?
Am I missing something obvious here? Like, it is all clear and everybody knows the details already except me?
Hello.
I am facing two different problems, with two different F455 devices:
#1: I am not able to access the F455 web pages, I enter the psw basic_gw and the page reloads as the same, asking for the psw again. The device is brand new, and I tried three different computers, three different navigators (IE, Firefox and Chrome), and also tried with direct cable and thru the network switch.
#2: The PSW works, I access the F455 web pages, but I am not able to set a new IP range in the local connections. The "save
" button does not work, and if I press enter it goes to the homepage and the IP range is not saved. All the other funcionalities look to work OK, but this IP range does not work. I am trying to open the IP for integrating with Vantage Infusion.
Does it have any tests that I can perform, or do I have to contact Brazil's subsidiary ?
best regards
Hello,
For 2# First of all check the ip of router.
untick the DHCP from f455 and then enter the ip you wanted to and set the gateway identifier to 1,Give the router ip too.
Then click on save.
Try it.
Ciao,
sorry for the delay.
We are working on writing it..
As soon as possible we will publish.

Nevermind. Brain fart.
Changed the password through MyHome Suite 3.2. Sorry guys.
Hi dchramcow,
I think your question is not necessarily within the category ("brain ...") you placed it in ;-) ... I think it is a good general question: What to do in case of forgotten passwords?
You did forget your admin and/or user password for the web interface, right? Yes, these can be "reset" via sending a new configuration to the F454. But what if one forgets the so called OPEN password (old or new HMAC-based authentication)? Without that password, one won't be able to download any new configuration --- unless one uses the unfortunate "IP range" thingy to circumvent authentication, which is generally a very very bad idea.
So let's say one has forgotten the OPEN password and does not have any "IP range" exception enabled? What can we do?
For firmware version v1.x there is one way into the system: The by-default password-less root user. The firmware is running a getty process on the system's first UART, which is wired to the front-panel UART connector (below to mini-USB). So login is possible there, including the possibility to edit the config. files manually (removing the password).
v2.x firmware finally got a root password, so this backdoor is closed.
Anyone with more ideas?
I have a F454 Web Server that I'm currently locked out of (I can't remember the username + password) is there a way I can factory reset this unit so I can use the default user and password?
Yes, that's exactly what I did.
I was able to upload a new configuration to the F454 with a new set of accounts.
Now, regarding your scenario, I wouldn't know, I would like the answer to that as well.
Thanks for replying btw.
We have 5 customers with the same problem and no solution :-(
Ciao Nicolas,
Asap you will receive a mail from the staff

Hi Benoit
I believe the message is there to ensure that it is understood that the function of IP and or OWN communication is no longer supported and therefore any performance cannot be guaranteed.
Please be careful using MH200N for MyHome Suite programming, not only is the firmware incompatible but I have witnessed many of these devices fail and require their firmware's reloading because it.
hi Benoit, The only one official gateway is the F454. The displayed message is only for indication that you are going to use one gateway that it is not the official one.

Hello,
I am currently using a MH200N as a gateway for a system. A message is displayed on MyHomeSuite and mentioned that this is an unofficial gateway. I was said that MH200N does not allow programming and/or communication to several SCS hardware, the F454 is the only official gateway to be used with MyHomeSuite.
May I know which hardware is it ? Is it thermostats and temperature control ?
Thank you.
Benoit
Any updates? ETA for brief HMAC-method documentation?
Hi, the default psw is Admin123

Thanks!

Hello everyone,
Does anyone know what's the default password for accessing the config web page of the F459 gateway? I've tried "admin", "bticino", "12345" and it's not working...
Thanks in advance for the feedback.
Cesar
Hola cesarnascimento
F459 is not a scenario scheduler, so you can not use it instead of MH202 or F420
Anyway some drivers, as NuVo, allows you to create scenes related to it's function
Lorenzo.
