Hi sxpertle,
as you have seen this function is not available and the certificate can not be generated.
I will notify this request to MKT, but I don't think they will take in account soon this need.
Lorenzo
I understand the certificate used is currently hardcoded. what I propose is that this be modified in the firmware to request a cert from the letsencrypt service using the dns name that the user specifies. potentially make it an option in the configuration
dear Bticino developers,
could you make it so that the f454 gateway (and all other devices offering a tls-enabled service) automatically use letsencrypt for certificate generation within the device ?
I upgraded from 1.x firmware version to 2.046 recently.
In the 1.x version, I had the option to check several lines and get a graph of the consuption of serveral lines.
In the firmware version 2.046 I do not find a way to get a consolidated view on several lines.
Example:
Line 4,5,6 are connected to several heater. So I want to get a consolidated view on todays energy consuption used by the heating untis.
In the global view I only get a today per day but not per hour, week,...
In the 1.x version of the firmware I had a checkbox per line and could get the sum of several lines by clicking on the scales pictogramm.
Electriciy consumption per line: No way to get a consolidated view:
Is there another way getting a sum of the consuption of serveral lines?
Is also needed to download a the total consumption in one file.
Can I download the data maybe with another software tool and not with the webserver.
Hi, also on the version 1 it wan no possible.
The only one device able to make a sum is the data-logger F524 (Virtual line).
Regards
Ciao,
There is a new firmware version on

Hello,
Yesterday, I updated the last F454 firmware to the 2.046. I tried to reboot the F454 gateway but I still have a strange problem with F520.
The v1.046 firmware version working fine with F454 web interface and MyOmBox, I can get consumption information without problem.
But with this firmware version on MyOmBox and the new F454 interface no data seems returned !? Do I need specific configuration ?!
Update Ok, the problem seems solved. Thank you :-)
Ciao Andres,
the screen is coming from the web pages of F454 or from a Touch screen?
Giulia
The F454 is in Florence, and I am in Berkeley, California. The screen shot is from the Safari Browser in a MacBook Pro. I check solar production daily to get a better idea of the weather during the day in Florence.
I second this request....
Hi Giulia ,
please upload this software or send to us download link.
Regards
Thanks
Hi sxpertle,
The "F454 SDK" (which is a Ubuntu 12.04 life system + stuff) includes a piece of software called "pumaGUI". The SDK can be found here: www.myopen-legrandgroup.com/.../45317.aspx . However I already wonder if this is still compatible with the new/current firmware versions >= v2.00.4x . I can just say that it does work with an F454 running the old v1.xx.xx firmware versions.
These two screen shots are from the same data stored in a 3522 but a data point is missing !!!
The first shot was taken from the screen of a MacBookPro accessing the web server F454, and the second shot was taken from screen of an iPad using the iMyHome. App. Notice the missing value at 1 am, this is a consistent error of the F454 software when reading the 3522. I guess the developer of the F454 missed to count 1 again. The same error independent of the day selected. I discovered the same error using Safari and Firefox browsers.
The pulses on the hour show the temperature during a winter day, The temperature decreases during the night and increases during the day. The software has no option for °C, therefore I normally select liter for all pulses.
Ciao Andres,
thanks for your post.
concerning the F520 you can store:
- consumption for hour (1 year)
-consumption for day (2 years)
-consumption for month (up to 12 years)
Concerning the label we will work to correct them.
Thanks
Giulia
It is a beautiful feeling to check the charts of energy produced by the solar panels using the web server F454. The horizontal label should say "Month" instead of "Day". Please, inform the developer that there are 12 months in a year instead of 12 days.
I had the photovoltaic system for over 4 years, and it would be great to have a chart showing all years in production . Remember that Solar Panels are an investments that is recovered in 10 to 20 years. I hope to recover my investment in less than 7 years,
How many years of data can I keep in the F420? It would be good to show to our kids the total accumulated energy over the years. The accumulated energy from alternative sources will be our legacy to future generations. Some economic summary may be helpfull like storing the initial cost, incentives reimbursements, utility bills, insurance premiums, ...
the document at http://www.myopen-legrandgroup.com/devices/gateways/m/f454_-_003598/38437.aspx talks about software called "PumaGUI" that is said to be available for linux (needs to be run as root, it seems).
however, I can't seem to find this software in the document repository.
can anyone point me to it ?
Sincerely
